Laser Welding

We offer precise, clean laser welding for your metal projects for those products you need to be perfect, when traditional welding isn’t good enough. 

Using LightWELD 2000 XR technology, we’re able to weld thicker and deeper across the entire range of material capability, with less distortion and cleaner welds.

Using 2 kilowatts of laser power, we’re able to increase speed up to 5-6x the speed of TIG welding, while extending the range of our welding capability for steels, aluminums, titanium and nickel alloys and copper, with more finesse.

This increase in energy density makes welding penetration of thicker materials easier, faster, and deeper, offers more finesse on thin material, and creates a wider process window on difficult to weld materials such as copper and titanium. Additionally, this smaller spot size minimizes the heat-affected zone, which further reduces distortion or deformation of the surrounding surface area.
